THE BLUE KITCHEN

Egehusene from 1967, originally designed by architects Eyvind Retzius and Svein Bjoland for Stavanger Boligbyggelag. It consists of 61 row houses that have undergone a complete transition and a new interior life that sets it apart from the crowd while staying true to the choices the architects made in the 60s.

The kitchen has been treated with our transparent colored Satin Wood Oil, which does not cover the wood but allows the grain to show through clearly, highlighting the 'language of the wood.'

In addition to giving the wood a completely different dimension in appearance, Satin Wood Oil nourishes and saturates the wood, making it more durable and resistant to dirt and grime.
