Empirical Spirits Tasting Room

Empirical Spirits, a distillery in Copenhagen, has collaborated with design studio Studio Pneuma to create a tasting room that reflects the distillery’s approach to flavor and design. The space functions as an "ever-changing cabinet of curiosities," where visitors can observe the distillery's work while experiencing a sensory and aesthetic environment.

The tables in the tasting room are treated with Linolie & Pigment’s pigmented Satin Wood Oil in color 16 / TOKYO, the shelving unit with 26 / NUUK
