LINSEED OIL

You will eventually find that the linseed paint will become lighter if you have painted outdoors e.g. windows. This is a beautiful and natural process, because the oil will over time be consumed by wind and weather. This weathering process is only achieved with pure linseed paint. You can refresh your windows with linseed oil for outdoor use. This will extend the life of the paint and also refresh the colour of the windows and give them shine again.

If you wish to refresh your windows wiht linseed oil, we recommend that you do it every two or three years. White windows are usually not oiled, but painted more often, as the colour may become more smoky because the oil is yellow. You can extend the lifetime of your outdoor surface that is painted with linseed paint by caring for it. In the movie above, Dennis will guide you through the treatment. It is important to wipe the surface with a cloth to remove excess oil - otherwise you will end up with a sticky surface.
